David Winer's (Grillfish) upscale neighborhood saloon gives rapidly gentrifying Logan Circle a new industrial-chic spot, one with an eye-catching bar, a communal dining table, a budget-friendly wine list and Asian-accented modern American fare ranging from seafood pasta to Southern fried chicken and steak; tip: if customers want something really different, they can ask chef San Varith for some of the off-the-menu items he makes when the Cambodian ambassador (a fellow countryman) stops by.
